Afumarine accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn, where applicable
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and included accessories

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

Afumarine does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. After the refund has been processed, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
